Return Policy
We hope you’re delighted with your order, but if something isn’t quite right, returning it is simple.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped or processed. If you cancel, we’ll issue a full refund. However, once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Returns (if applicable)
We only accept returns for items purchased directly from fashrise.com. You can request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your item. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
To process your return, we’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase. You will only be charged once for shipping costs (including returns), and there are no restocking fees for returning an item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. We’ll let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Please contact our Customer Service for the return address—do not send returns to the address listed on our website.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first double-check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to post. Afterward, contact your bank, as there may be some processing time involved. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at [email protected].
